The cost of getting this wrong

Weak or fuzzy boundaries are a quiet driver of burnout, resentment, and blurred accountability. Plenty of capable people avoid boundaries for fear of conflict, and pay for it in stress and overload. Done well, boundaries are not walls. They are the structure of safety and respect that lets relationships and teams work. This lab helps participants set clear boundaries, balance empathy with assertiveness, and hold the line with integrity.
