Common questions

FAQ

Can we mix and match across the different Lab topics?

Yes — pick as many Labs as you want. Each Lab is 4 sessions, and you can stack several back to back to build a custom sequence tailored to your team's needs.

Is there a minimum group size?

Yes, 6 people per Lab.

Virtual or in-person?

Both — it depends on your company's strategy and budget. Many teams run Labs virtually and reserve in-person for offsites or intensive days (see our Accelerated format).

Can a Lab lead into a bigger programme?

Yes — Labs and Workplace EI share the same underlying model, so a Lab is a natural, low-risk way to test fit before a longer engagement.

How is this different from Workplace EI?

EI Labs are standalone, topic-based interventions — 4 sessions on one specific skill, like emotional regulation or conflict. Workplace EI is the full year-long system combining 1:1 coaching, live group training, and a 24-module curriculum. Many teams start with a Lab.

What's the commitment — can we book just one Lab?

Yes. Labs are short-term, standalone learning journeys — once booked, the engagement is non-refundable, but there's no ongoing minimum term the way Workplace EI or coaching engagements have.

How do you measure whether a Lab actually worked?

Each Lab includes a baseline and post-Lab check on the specific competency it targets, so you can see the shift on that skill directly rather than relying on a general satisfaction survey.

How does booking a Lab work?

A short kickoff to confirm the topic and group, a quick baseline check, then the 4 sessions run on your chosen format and cadence.

Is participant input during a Lab kept confidential?

Yes — full confidentiality. Nothing personally identifiable from a session is shared with your organisation.

How is pricing structured?

Always a custom quote, based on group size, number of Labs, and format (Lunch & Learn vs. Accelerated).

What languages are Labs delivered in?

Seven — English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Afrikaans, Arabic — facilitated by our certified coaching and facilitation network.
